Oooooh ... ohGr? Sounds scary! You say this "Nivek Ogre" feller is the same guy who — as singer for electroterror trio Skinny Puppy — used to drench himself in blood, vivisect stuffed dogs, and simulate ripping out his own intestines onstage? And now he's portraying a "face-stealing rapist" in a gory rock-opera movie?!? No, ma'am, too terrifying for me! Wait, what's that? This ohGr band is actually catchy? Lots of blippy 16-bit Nintendo ditties that sound like synthpop for hopscotching fifth-graders? Well ... I guess I can imagine double-dutch in the underworld. But I promise to skip to ohGr's playground-goth singalongs only if you meet me in front of Slim's.
